location was really wonderful, i easily went to places. staff was kind, helped with our bags. breakfast had tasty options, included fresh fruit. parking on premises felt useful, i did not worry about my car.
noise late at night bothered me. it came from outside, possibly street or other guests. i hoped for a quieter stay but could not get it.

The location is AMAZING! It is an ideal base for visiting the city, nicely situated near the cathedral and castle. I used the hotel's car park, about 100 meters away. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.
The room was lovely but was on the third floor where builders worked. The carpet had polythene on it. there was dust, rubble, paint pots, and rollers all over the landing. I noticed the stairs were blocked by scaffolding.
